Agent Interface
The agent portal is a user friendly interface for agents to review their cases. An agent can login to the portal and will see a page that shows an overview of the cases available to them. Data like name of the customer, creation time of the case and more can be displayed on case level. It also shows all the documents present in each case and what their status is. An agent can then confirm a case by validating the documents in the case.
ID verification
ID verification will determine if the ID is real and unaltered. Facial recognition, liveness detection, biometrics or OTP will ensure that the person is the owner of the identity documents.
Risk screening
The identity of the person will automatically be screened against global watch-lists to check the background of the individual. For example, the status of the politically exposed person (PEP) and to determine the risk to commit money laundering (AML), identity theft, fraud or counter terrorist financing (CTF).
