Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage with customers, prospects, and business partners to build lasting relationships that create value for all parties involved. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be creative and be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

 

Responsibilities (in order of importance):

  • Make sure the expectations of your customers are met and exceeded when possible
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  • Identify business and partnership opportunities
  • Make sure the proper message gets conveyed to customers and prospects
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 4 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
  • Experience in solution selling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Good communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
