Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM), who is capable of selling advanced technology-driven solutions that help customers to process and preserve communication and valuable information assets.

Our solutions are cloud based and based on the Docbyte platform.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives and engage with customers, prospects and business partners to build new business opportunities for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

As a candidate, you need to be customer-centric and aim for value creation in your relationship with the customer. The Business Development Manager needs to be hands-on and has the proper skills to build and lead the sales team over time when the results justify further sales capacity expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business and partnership opportunities.

  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
  • Experience in solution selling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
