Introduction to WDK

This course is designed to give the Documentum Web developer a strong foundation for developing Content Management-related  Web applications using the Documentum Web Development Kit  (WDK). The focus of the course is to understand the basic  architecture of WDK-based applications, configure applications  such as Webtop, and provide a solid foundation for customizing  WDK-based applications.

  • Use Documentum Application Builder (DAB) to specify property and tab order
  • Use validation controls
  • Create a custom theme
  • Internationalize WDK components

Prerequisites

  • Technical Fundamentals of Documentum (or equivalent knowledge)
  • Working knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, JSP)
  • Working knowledge of Java
